TERMS OF SALE

1. Nature of the Products

All products sold on PilotAutrement.com are digital educational materials, including but not limited to ATPL-related e-books, revision sheets, and study packs (such as ATPL Full Pack, Meteorology, Air Law, Mass & Balance, Instrumentation, Performance, and related subjects).

These materials are created as educational study aids intended solely to support personal learning and revision of ATPL theoretical knowledge.

The products:

  • are not official training programs,

  • are not certified or approved by any aviation authority, airline, or flight school,

  • do not replace instruction or courses provided by approved training organizations.

Their purpose is to complement a student’s individual study process.

2. Format and Delivery

All products are delivered exclusively in digital format (PDF files, ZIP files, or equivalent downloadable content).

Delivery is immediate after payment confirmation, via:

  • an automated email, and/or

  • a secure download link provided through the website.

No physical product is shipped.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on PilotAutrement.com are final prices expressed in euros (€).

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes (TTC), where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Due to the company’s current administrative situation, tax treatment may evolve in accordance with applicable regulations.
Prices confirmed at the time of order remain valid and unaffected by subsequent changes.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment infrastructure.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Apple Pay

  • Other payment methods made available by Shopify
    (PayPal is not accepted)

No payment information is stored by the company.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content supplied immediately after purchase once access or download has begun.

By completing a purchase, the customer:

  • expressly agrees to immediate delivery of digital content, and

  • acknowledges the loss of the right of withdrawal.

Consequently:

  • no refunds, cancellations, or exchanges are possible once access or download has been provided.

In the event of a technical issue preventing access to the files, the customer may contact support.
Access will be restored or files resent at no additional cost.

6. Intellectual Property

All digital products, texts, designs, files, and materials sold on PilotAutrement.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Avyx Group or its licensors.

Any reproduction, sharing, resale, distribution, or redistribution — in whole or in part — without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. After-Sales Support and Updates

After-sales support is available for:

  • download issues,

  • access problems,

  • product-related questions.

When applicable, updates, corrections, or additional materials related to a purchased product may be provided free of charge, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

The digital products are provided for educational purposes only.

Avyx Group shall not be held liable for:

  • misinterpretation or misuse of the content,

  • academic, examination, or professional outcomes,

  • decisions taken based on the use of the materials.

Users remain solely responsible for verifying information against official ATPL sources and approved training materials.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute arising from a purchase made on PilotAutrement.com, and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
