TERMS OF SALE

1. Nature of the Products

All products sold on PiloteAutrement.com are digital educational materials, including but not limited to revision sheets and study packs for the ATPL (aeroplane), ATPL(H) (helicopter) and PPL theoretical exams (such as ATPL Full Pack, ATPL(H) Full Pack, PPL Full Pack, and single subjects like Meteorology, Air Law or Mass & Balance).

These materials are created as educational study aids intended solely to support personal learning and revision of ATPL, ATPL(H) and PPL theoretical knowledge.

The products:

  • are not official training programs,

  • are not certified or approved by any aviation authority, airline, or flight school,

  • do not replace instruction or courses provided by approved training organizations.

Their purpose is to complement a student’s individual study process.

2. Format and Delivery

All products are delivered exclusively in digital format.

Revision sheets and study packs are delivered as access to a personal online library at piloteautrement.com/notes, readable in a web browser on a phone, tablet or computer. Delivery is immediate after payment confirmation, via an automated email containing the email address of the order and a one-time code used to open the library.

  • The library is open on one device at a time.

  • Pages can be annotated.

  • Updates to the purchased products are included.

  • A printable copy can be requested. Each request is reviewed by Pilote Autrement, and the number of printable copies is limited.

Other digital products, such as e-books, may be delivered as files through a secure download link sent by email. Orders placed before the online library was introduced may have been delivered as PDF files through a download link (former delivery method).

No physical product is shipped.

3. Prices and Taxes

All prices displayed on PiloteAutrement.com are final prices expressed in euros (€).

Prices are shown inclusive of applicable taxes (TTC), where applicable, unless explicitly stated otherwise.

VAT is charged in accordance with applicable regulations; for consumers in the European Union, at the rate of the customer's country. VAT number: FR66999342033.
Prices confirmed at the time of order remain valid and unaffected by subsequent changes.

4. Payment Methods

Payments are processed securely through Shopify’s payment infrastructure.

Accepted payment methods include:

  • Visa

  • Mastercard

  • Apple Pay

  • Other payment methods made available by Shopify
    (PayPal is not accepted)

No payment information is stored by the company.

5. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Policy

Digital content. In accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital content not supplied on a tangible medium once its supply has begun, provided that the customer:

  • expressly requested immediate supply of the digital content, before the end of the 14-day withdrawal period, and

  • acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal once the supply begins,

and that Avyx Group has confirmed this agreement on a durable medium, such as an email.

Supply begins when the customer's access to the online library is opened (first sign-in with the one-time code) or, for orders delivered as files, when the download starts. When the conditions above are met, no withdrawal is possible once access has been opened. When they are not met, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies in full.

Before access is opened. As long as access has not been opened (or, for files, the download has not started), the customer may withdraw within 14 days of the order, without giving any reason, by emailing the order number to piloteautrement@gmail.com or by sending the model form below. The customer is refunded in full within 14 days of the request, using the original payment method.

Physical products. If a physical product is offered, the customer may withdraw within 14 days of receiving it, without giving any reason, under Articles L221-18 and following of the French Consumer Code, as described in the Return and Refund Policy.

In the event of a technical issue preventing access to the content, the customer may contact support. This is not a refund matter: access is restored, or a new code or link is sent, at no additional cost. The legal guarantee of conformity for digital content (Articles L224-25-12 and following of the French Consumer Code) applies in all cases.

Model withdrawal form (to send only if you wish to withdraw):

6. Intellectual Property

All digital products, texts, designs, files, and materials sold on PiloteAutrement.com are the exclusive intellectual property of Avyx Group or its licensors.

Any reproduction, sharing, resale, distribution, or redistribution — in whole or in part — without prior written authorization is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

7. After-Sales Support and Updates

After-sales support is available for:

  • sign-in and access problems with the online library,

  • download issues, for products delivered as files,

  • product-related questions.

When applicable, updates, corrections, or additional materials related to a purchased product may be provided free of charge, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

8. Limitation of Liability

The digital products are provided for educational purposes only.

Avyx Group shall not be held liable for:

  • misinterpretation or misuse of the content,

  • academic, examination, or professional outcomes,

  • decisions taken based on the use of the materials.

Users remain solely responsible for verifying information against official ATPL sources and approved training materials.

10. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms of Sale are governed by French law.

In the event of a dispute arising from a purchase made on PiloteAutrement.com, and failing amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
