Return and Refund Policy

1. Nature of Digital Products

All products sold on the website PilotAutrement.com are digital educational products (including but not limited to PDF files, ZIP files, and other downloadable digital content).

These products are delivered immediately after payment via an automated email and/or a secure download link accessible to the customer.

No physical goods are shipped.

2. No Right of Withdrawal After Download

In accordance with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content once the download or access has begun, provided that the consumer has given prior express consent and acknowledgment of the loss of the right of withdrawal.

By completing a purchase on PilotAutrement.com, the customer expressly:

  • consents to the immediate delivery of digital content, and

  • acknowledges that the right of withdrawal is waived once access or download begins.

Consequently, any order for which the digital content has been accessed or downloaded is final and non-refundable.

3. Exception – Refund Before Any Download

If a customer has not accessed or downloaded any digital content after purchase, they may request a cancellation of the order within a reasonable timeframe.

After verification that no download or access has occurred, a full refund may be granted.

All refund requests must be submitted by email to piloteautrement@gmail.com, including:

  • the order number,

  • proof of payment.

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

4. Technical Issues and Access Problems

In the event of a technical issue preventing access to purchased digital content (such as a broken link, expired link, or download error), the customer is invited to contact support.

After verification, access will be restored, or the files will be resent free of charge.

Technical support is available via email and, when applicable, via official social media channels.

5. Product Updates and Revisions

When updates, corrections, or new versions of a purchased digital product are released, existing customers will be granted access to the updated version at no additional cost, unless explicitly stated otherwise at the time of purchase.
