Refund Policy

For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends once access to the online library has been opened (or, for files, once the download has started), provided that the customer expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal (Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code). Otherwise, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies.

Before access has been opened, the customer may withdraw within 14 days of the order and is refunded in full.
