Where they open
It works on what you have in your bag
One online library, four ways of studying. It opens in your browser, so there is nothing to install.
iPad and tablets
The format the notes were designed around. Annotate them with the pen and highlighter, Apple Pencil included, and your notes follow you to every device.
Mac, Windows, Linux
They open in a browser tab: Safari, Chrome, Edge or Firefox. Nothing to install.
Phone, between two flights
iPhone and Android. The Exam Tips pages are readable on a phone screen, which is the point of having them separated out.
On paper
Laid out for A4. Prefer paper? Ask for a printable copy of a subject, with your name on each page, for your own use.
Right after your order you get an email with your personal access to your library. Your sheets open on one device at a time: switch whenever you like and your notes follow you.
Where the notes come from
Everything about how these pages are made
You are about to trust a document with your exam preparation. You should know exactly how it was put together, what it is based on, and what it does not do.
Anatomy of one page
- The official subject code in the header — 022 Instrumentation, 050 Meteorology — so a page always tells you where it sits in the syllabus.
- Two concept columns, one idea per bullet, nesting only where the exam actually distinguishes between cases.
- A Memo box for anything you have to hold in memory rather than derive — values, thresholds, colour logic, orders of magnitude.
- An Exam Tips box naming the trap: the phrasing that signals a specific answer, the unit that is usually wrong, the distinction that carries the mark.
- Real instrument imagery where a description would not survive — navigation displays, PFDs, charts, actual cockpit indications.
Each subject follows the official EASA subject numbering and topic order — 010 Air Law through 090 Communications. The notes do not invent their own sequence, so they map onto whatever course you are already enrolled in.
An ATPL student working through the same syllabus. Each subject is written while studying it, which is why the notes emphasise the parts that are genuinely hard rather than the parts that are easy to write about.
Standard ATPL ground-school course material and the published EASA regulations and syllabus documents for each subject. Where sources disagree — and on a few Air Law and Operational Procedures points they do — the regulation text wins.
A topic is only reduced to a bullet once it has been understood in full. The test applied to every line is simple: could a student rebuild the reasoning from this line alone? If not, the line goes back.
Mistakes get reported by students and fixed. Every correction and addition reaches everyone who owns the pack, free, for as long as the pack exists. There is no version you can be stuck on.
All thirteen ATPL(A) subjects are written. Communications (090) is included in the pack.
What these notes are not. They are not a question bank, and they are not an approved training course. Under EASA rules your ATO course is what enters you for the theoretical exams — these notes are what you revise from once you are enrolled. Anyone telling you a set of notes replaces ground school is selling you something.
How to use them
The pass you are aiming for is a process, not a cram
The notes are built around one loop. It works because each pass through a subject is faster than the last, and because nothing you read is material you will not be asked about.
Read the subject once
Straight through, without stopping to memorise. You are building the map: what the subject covers, how it is divided, where the hard parts sit.
Work the Memo boxes
These hold what cannot be derived under time pressure — limits, thresholds, colour logic, orders of magnitude. Everything else you should be able to reason out.
Train on real questions
Use the question bank your school gives you. When you miss one, go back to the relevant block rather than to the answer key — the notes are indexed for exactly that.
Re-read only the Exam Tips
The fastest pass in the pack. Twenty minutes per subject the day before a sitting, and you have refreshed every distinction the exam is built on.
Sit it knowing where things are
You do not need to have memorised the syllabus. You need to recognise which part of it a question is aiming at — that is what the structure buys you.
Keep them after the exam
The same notes carry into CPL and IR revision, and into the technical part of airline assessments. They stay yours, and they stay updated.
Compra, acceso y soporte
