These Terms of Service (hereinafter “Terms”) govern access to and use of the website PiloteAutrement.com, as well as the purchase and use of digital products offered through the site.
By accessing the website or completing a purchase, the user acknowledges having read, understood, and accepted these Terms without reservation.
If the user does not agree with these Terms, they must refrain from using the website.

PiloteAutrement.com provides digital educational content designed to support student pilots in their theoretical aviation training, including ATPL-related subjects.
All products sold on the website are digital products delivered electronically after payment, mainly as access to a personal online library (piloteautrement.com/notes). Some products, and orders placed before the online library was introduced, may be delivered as downloadable files (PDF).
The content is provided for educational and informational purposes only.
The website and its products are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or approved by any aviation authority, airline, flight school, or certified training organization.
4. Intellectual Property
All content available on PiloteAutrement.com, including but not limited to texts, graphics, logos, images, videos, the pages of the online library, printable copies, and downloadable files, is the exclusive intellectual property of Avyx Group or its licensors.
Any reproduction, distribution, resale, sharing, modification, or exploitation of the content, in whole or in part, without prior written authorization, is strictly prohibited.
Any violation may result in civil and/or criminal legal action.
5. User Obligations
By using the website, users agree to:

Use the website and purchased materials solely for personal and educational purposes;

Refrain from copying, reselling, sharing, or redistributing digital products;

Keep their access to the online library (one-time code and password) for their own use. The library is open on one device at a time, and printable copies are personal;

Not attempt to access restricted areas or interfere with the proper functioning of the website.
Failure to comply with these obligations may result in suspension or permanent termination of access, without refund, and may give rise to legal proceedings.

While reasonable efforts are made to ensure the accuracy and updating of the content, Avyx Group does not guarantee that all information provided on the website is complete, accurate, or error-free.
The company reserves the right to modify, update, or correct content at any time without prior notice.
7. Purchases, Payments, and Refund Policy
All purchases made on PiloteAutrement.com are subject to the applicable Return and Refund Policy, available on the website.
For digital content, the right of withdrawal ends when access to the online library is opened (or, for files, when the download starts), provided that the customer expressly requested immediate supply and acknowledged losing the right of withdrawal, in accordance with Article 16(m) of Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code. Otherwise, the 14-day right of withdrawal applies. The full conditions are set out in section 5 of the Terms of Sale.
8. Limitation of Liability
The digital products are provided “as is”, without any express or implied warranty.
Avyx Group shall not be held liable for:

incorrect interpretation or misuse of the educational content;

academic, professional, or examination outcomes;

technical interruptions, temporary unavailability, or access issues beyond reasonable control;

damages resulting from improper use of the content (online library, printable copies or downloaded files).
9. Third-Party Services
The website is hosted on Shopify Inc., which provides the e-commerce infrastructure enabling online sales.
Personal data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy and Shopify’s data protection standards.
Avyx Group shall not be held responsible for the content or practices of external websites accessible via links from PiloteAutrement.com.
10. Suspension and Termination
Avyx Group reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the website or purchased digital content, without refund, in the event of:

violation of these Terms,

fraudulent activity,

misuse or abuse of digital products.
11. Modification of the Terms
These Terms may be updated at any time to reflect legal, regulatory, or operational changes.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

In the event of a dispute, and in the absence of amicable resolution, French courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
