Airline Selection

Get through airline selection, from the online tests to the interview and the simulator. 65 steps, about 23 hours of work, on your phone, tablet or laptop.

• Know how selection works. The legal base (CAT.GEN.MPA.175), what it assesses, and what 17 airlines and academies publish about their stages, plus 5 test provider cards.
• Train the aptitude tests. Numbers, memory, orientation, logic and mechanics: 6 games with new questions every run, and 62 aptitude questions.
• The HR interview. The 73 observable behaviours of the nine EASA competencies, and 37 HR questions with model answers, spoken by a recruiter, live or on recorded video.
• The group exercise. 24 cases, 6 group tasks and the 12-point grid observers use.
• The technical interview. 80 technical cards from EASA texts (50 spoken), 35 check questions and a 30-in-10 timed test.
• The simulator check. 10 lesson cards, 27 tolerances and items, 8 holding entries and 12 cases.
• A mock selection day. 50 questions in 60 minutes.
